We are a non-licensed private rooming house that offers individual room rentals to adults ages 18 and over. We accept Section 811 housing vouchers and rent to persons with disabilities on a fair-housing, landlord-tenant basis. Tenants live independently and are responsible for their own daily activities, healthcare, and support services, which are not provided on-site. we Also collect sneaker donations to support our mission
